How does an Inner Circle session work?
Browse creators and find one whose expertise matches what you need. Pick a time that works for you and pay to confirm your booking. At the right time, you and the creator both join the session link — a private 1-on-1 video call. Come prepared with your questions and leave with real advice from someone who has been exactly where you are.
How long are sessions?
Creators can offer 15, 30, or 60-minute sessions. The length available depends on the individual creator. Most creators offer at least a 30-minute option.
How much can I accomplish in a session?
More than you might expect. Even a 15-minute session with the right person can shift your thinking on a problem you have been stuck on for months. Fans consistently tell us the sessions are more valuable than they anticipated. Come with a clear question or goal and you will get the most out of it.
What time zone are sessions shown in?
All times shown on Inner Circle are in your local time zone. If you are in Nairobi, you see EAT. If you are in Lagos, you see WAT. No mental arithmetic required.
What am I allowed to ask?
Almost anything related to the creator's expertise. Each creator lists their specialities and what they can help you with on their profile. Sessions are for genuine advice and learning — not for promotional pitches or off-topic requests.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel more than 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If the creator cancels, you receive a full refund. Contact support@joininnercircle.vip for any booking changes.
What if I was not satisfied with my session?
We want every session to be worth your time and money. If your experience did not meet your expectations, contact us at support@joininnercircle.vip and we will make it right.
What is a Priority DM?
A Priority DM lets you send a paid message directly to a creator's inbox, guaranteed to be seen and replied to within 6 hours. If the creator does not reply within the SLA window, your payment is automatically refunded. It is a fast, flexible way to get a quick answer without scheduling a full session.
What is a paid question?
A paid question lets you ask a specific question and receive a written answer within 48 hours. Useful when you have one focused question rather than a full conversation. If the creator does not answer within 48 hours, your payment is automatically refunded.
How do I pay?
All payments on Inner Circle are processed via mobile money — M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and other local networks depending on your country. You pay in your local currency. No international cards or wire transfers required.
For creators
How do I join Inner Circle as a creator?
Apply at joininnercircle.vip/apply. Every application is reviewed by our team. We are selective — we look for creators and experts with genuine expertise and an engaged audience. If approved, you will receive a setup email to complete your profile and start earning.
How much do I earn?
Creators on the Starter plan keep 85% of every transaction. Pro creators keep 90%. You set your own session rates, Priority DM price, paid question price, subscription price, and group room ticket price. You are always in control of your pricing.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are sent directly to your registered mobile money number. Session payouts are processed after the session is completed. Priority DM and paid question payouts are processed when you reply or answer. Group room payouts are processed after the session ends.
What is the SLA for Priority DMs and paid questions?
Priority DMs must be replied to within 6 hours of receipt. Paid questions must be answered within 48 hours. If you miss the SLA window, the fan is automatically refunded and you forfeit the payout. Consistently missing SLA windows may result in those features being paused on your account.
Can I set my own availability?
Yes. You control your availability entirely from your creator dashboard. Set the days and hours you are available for sessions. Fans can only book you during those windows.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
Cancel as early as possible and notify the fan directly. If you cancel with more than 12 hours notice, the fan receives a full refund and there is no penalty to you (up to 2 times per month). Repeated cancellations or no-shows will result in account suspension.
What is a group room?
Group rooms let you host a live session with multiple fans at the same time — up to 100 on a Pro plan. Fans purchase tickets to join. Great for workshops, live Q&As, or coaching sessions where the content applies to many people at once.
Can I offer exclusive content to subscribers?
Yes. Pro creators can post exclusive content — videos, images, text — visible only to fans who subscribe to your page. You set your own monthly subscription price. Subscribers are billed automatically each month.
