KYC is required before payouts. Creators who have not completed KYC verification will not receive any payouts — regardless of how many sessions they complete or subscribers they have. This is a Lemonade Payments and CBK requirement, not an Inner Circle policy. It takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

2. Platform fees & pricing
Inner Circle's model is simple: we only earn when you earn. No listing fees, no setup costs, no charge for having a profile. The platform fee applies to all revenue you earn — both session bookings and monthly subscriptions.

The 10% applies to both sessions and subscriptions. A fan pays KES 3,500 for a session → you keep KES 3,150. A fan pays KES 1,500/mo for Inner Circle access → you keep KES 1,350. The same percentage applies to both income streams, on all plans.
Inner Circle is a professional platform. Everything you publish — posts, session descriptions, profile text, subscription content — must meet these standards.

Zero-tolerance violations — content involving minors, CSAM, or violent hate speech — result in immediate permanent account termination, withholding of all earnings, and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities. There is no appeal.
All payouts are processed by Lemonade Payments (mylemonade.io), regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya.

KYC required for all payouts. Lemonade will not release funds to unverified accounts. Complete this immediately after approval.!
Tax is your responsibility. Inner Circle pays you your earnings after the platform fee. Any income tax applicable in your jurisdiction is yours to declare and pay.
How session payouts work: Fan pays → session completes → Inner Circle deducts its fee → Lemonade transfers your share to your mobile money or bank account. How subscription payouts work: Monthly subscriber fees are collected and settled to you on a rolling daily basis after the platform fee is deducted.
We enforce these guidelines fairly. We'd rather help creators succeed than remove them — but we will act decisively when necessary.

WarningFor minor first-time violations. We'll explain what was wrong and what needs to change.

Temporary suspension (7–30 days)For repeated minor violations or a single serious one. Profile is hidden and bookings are paused while the issue is reviewed.

Permanent removalFor severe violations, content involving minors, hate speech, fraud, or accumulated serious strikes. Account terminated, earnings withheld pending review, Lemonade Payments notified.
You can appeal any enforcement decision at support@tryinnercircle.io or via the Founding Creators WhatsApp group. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

8. Updates to these guidelines
Inner Circle is a new platform and these guidelines will evolve as we grow. When we make material changes — especially to pricing or content standards — we will:

Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page✓
Keep a clear record of what changed and why
Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
