All payment processing on the Platform is handled by Lemonade Payments (mylemonade.io). When you make or receive a payment, your payment details and relevant personal information are shared with Lemonade Payments as required to process the transaction and comply with Central Bank of Kenya regulations. Lemonade Payments' use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
When a session booking is confirmed, both the Creator and Fan receive the other party's first name and basic contact information necessary to conduct the session (such as the video session link). We do not share full personal details without your consent.
We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or legitimate requests from law enforcement or government authorities, including the Central Bank of Kenya, the Communications Authority of Kenya, or other relevant regulatory bodies.
If Inner Circle is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to any such transfer.
KYC (Know Your Customer) data collected from Creators — including identity documents and financial information — is processed by and shared with Lemonade Payments as required by the Central Bank of Kenya's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. This data is handled with the highest security standards and is not used for any purpose other than identity verification and payment compliance. Inner Circle does not store copies of identity documents on its own servers — this data is processed entirely within Lemonade Payments' secure, regulated infrastructure.
