Yes — reschedule requests made more than 24 hours before your session are free. Within 24 hours, a reschedule fee of 50% applies. Contact support@tryinnercircle.io.
Sessions are held on Zoom or Google Meet. You'll get the link in your confirmation email. No special software needed — a browser works fine.
Many of our creators & experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking.
Yes. All payments are processed by Lemonade Payments (mylemonade.io), regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya. Inner Circle never stores your payment details directly.
Yes! We're confident that you'll love your session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
